Related with the criteria defined on Career Planning module, the potential employees appropriate for the upper positions can be detected and the candidates can be stated, who will participate in the assessment centers through approval process.
System collects the data of employees’ personal inventory and performance appraisal results, 360 degree competency evaluation results before participation to assessment center and the analysis result during the assessment center can be recorded. Employees improvement needs can be transferred to Development Planning module as well.
Assessment centers and also career meetings can be organized on the system.
