Emptor provides 3600 view of dealers by displaying all dealer-related information from a single point
(name, address, fax, telephone, owner, employees, segment, commission, accounts, etc.).
The dealers will be defined as business parties with dealer roles on the system. The employees working
in these companies will be defined as contact persons. The dealers can also have a hierarchical structure.
The dealers can be assigned commission plans for detailed commission calculations. Furthermore any complaints
about or from dealers can be implemented on the Problem & SLA Management module.
Emptor maintains relations between dealers and their customer portfolios. When a dealer subscribes a new customer,
it is automatically added into the dealer's customer portfolio. Each dealer can only view its own customer portfolio.
Emptor provides built-in workflow capabilities for managing dealer approval processes. When there is a request for
dealership, a workflow is initiated which routes the request to predefined users for approval.
