Bizitek Software Development & Internet Technologies Inc. was founded in 2000 as a subsidiary of Probil, with a vision of
providing cutting edge software to companies worldwide. Initially Bizitek targeted Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
and released “Emptor”. In 2002, recognizing the need for process-oriented systems and the growth potential, Bizitek created
their 2nd product “Netflow”, concentrating on Business Process Management (BPM). “Stars” was introduced in 2004 with an emphasis
on Human Resource Management (HRM), enabling companies to manage HR procedures more efficiently and take the lead with advancements
in technology.
Working together with Probil in 2004, Bizitek established an office in Frankfurt, Germany to build partnerships, coordinate services,
and insure the execution of successful implementations within the European market.
Bizitek implemented “Emptor” for the premier Telecom provider in the United Kingdom, and currently leads in the field of Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) being the first Turkish company selling CRM software abroad. Bizitek provides the preferred solutions
for several leading Telecom providers in Switzerland, Germany, and the Ukraine.
Bizitek was ranked 3rd in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Turkey 2006 with a 2717% growth rate and has become one of the fastest growing
companies in Turkey. By keeping its attainment on a high level Bizitek held its’ outstanding position among the fastest growing IT companies
of Turkey both in 2007 and 2008.
At International Selection Panel organized by Endeavor Organization’s branch office in Turkey, which is founded by the leading names of
Turkish business world and supports the entrepreneurs in order to accelerate the economic development, Bizitek become one of the Endeavor
entrepreneurs of Turkey. Following this event at another panel held in Istanbul Bizitek was selected as “Endeavor Entrepreneur 2008”.
In 2008 Bizitek has joined to an independent organization called TeleManagement Forum, which develops widely-accepted and –adopted standards
for the companies in telecommunications and media sector. By taking the standards defined by TM Forum into consideration Bizitek developed
“Emptor Telco” to cover the regular developing and changing needs of the companies playing in telecommunications and media sector, providing
the enterprises an end-to-end customer related management of the processes.
Bizitek, acquired by Ericsson with its 116 employees in 2009, is continuing to maintain its name by the phrase of 'An Ericsson Company' as a separate company
